I contacted Bob's Monday morning with somewhat of an emergency and Eric arrived on site before non the same day. He was very thorough and the good news, the septic tank and field were in good condition. In addition to pumping the tank out did some additional investigation and cleared a clog in the pipe feeding the tank. GREAT job, Eric was very professional and explained everything as well as making suggestions. We felt the price was very reasonable. As well, it was nice to connect directly to Bob's without have the call routed through a third party application to recommend a contractor. VERY satisfied with Bob's.

They were courteous, polite and very knowledgeable. They also had up to date equipment. He emptied our tank, gave me knowledge on the system, age, and condition.
